ABOUT
Hello,
As you can probably tell from the top of the page, my name is Chris Garner and I am a video editor! I am located in the West Midlands. I have been using Final Cut Pro 7 for 5 years now and am incredibly well-versed in the software. I have studied Media & Media Production at both Sixth Form and University as well as being involved in a number of projects on the side, such as serving as a camera operator in short films as well as music video shoots. I have also been approached by documentary and filmmaker clients to edit their work; people I continue to work with today on many of their latest projects.
I have also worked as a media assistant at my old Sixth Form and worked alongside teachers to help students throughout their course from ideas generation, the filming process and post-production. This job also involved aiding them in work on Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
My true passions lie with music, film and editing and being involved in all three areas has developed my understanding of many different media platforms and softwares on offer to achieve particular results.
Because of this, I am able to apply myself well to any project I work on and take the time to achieve the desired result.
